There were fifteen for the latest interclub match with Seaford at Stanbridge View which finished up as the closest so far between the two clubs when taking the top seven from each club into account. Seaford just edged the overall result by five ounces thanks in part to Terry Merritt who landed 58-4-0 of Carp caught on the pole with meat and pellets to win the match by nearly 8-0-0. Second was Tony Morris, fishing for Hassocks with 50-9-0 fishing paste on the pole down the edge and also the method feeder and wafters; unfortunately for Tony his swim died with two hours to go. Third was Lew Nightingale with 49-3-0 fishing the method feeder across with wafters and the pole with meat down the margins.
