The second leg of the Herbert Cup held at More House Farm saw the top four all break the ton, but coming out on top by a fairly large margin was Ben Cooke with an incredible weight from peg 41 weighing in 214-1-0 fishing meat and pellets. He managed to keep the Carp coming steadily all day by feeding five tins of meat and a large amount of four mil pellets. Second went to John Stepton on peg 28 he landed 143-1-0 feeding sweet corn and fishing worm rotating several swims. Third was Lew Nightingale from favoured peg 43 with 119-8-0 fishing the method feeder and wafters to the island which meant he ran out as the winner of the Herbert Cup over the two legs with a points score of 18.
