Match Overview

The top pair on the day was John and Tina Larouche on peg 13. John posted the top weight of 9-14-0 consisting of three skimmer Bream with the largest weighing exactly 3-0-0 and some decent Roach. He started on waggler and maggot and changed to method feeder which produced all the Bream, Tina also started on waggler but went to the feeder to catch a nice Tench and some Roach for just under 4-0-0. Runners up Steve and Sally Pead had similar weights to eachother, but Sally had two decent skimmers, one on the whip and maggot and the other on method and pellet, Steve had a mixture of silver fish starting on the whip and then on long pole all on maggot. The match was changed to Badgers from Masons due to injuries for both ladies making the hill at Masons too difficult to negotiate.
