Match Overview

Three anglers took part in the Sunday Club match, and weather conditions remain difficult with heavy rain and cold mornings over previous days, but breezy and dry for the match. David Harper won with 56 fish, initially on a cage feeder fishing dead maggot, then switching to short pole with maggot & pinkies to catch roach, perch, gudgeon, a crucian carp and two small skimmers. Runner up Hugh Neatherway fished a waggler and pole to catch plenty of roach, perch and gudgeon on maggot.
