Match Overview

 A day of contrasts with periods of sunshine and light showers and a strong summer breeze and cool for the time of year.

Ten anglers faced the 11th round of the summer series, but winner Colin Ryall managed to exceed 40lb with 40lb 6oz total weight from the productive but tricky peg 15. Runner up Lew Nightingale managed 37lb 3oz from another favourable edge and feeder peg. In third place Nigel had drawn peg 21 yet again (!) to finish with 31lb 3oz on margin paste fishing the pole.

With just five points currently separating Kevin Tree and Steve Pead , the final should be an interesting and close battle.
