Match Overview

A hot and sunny day with a light breeze, which fished surprisingly well considering the bright sun. Winner on the day was Nigel Jackson ( aka Mr Paste). who caught 14lb 11oz of pole caught bream and tench mainly on paste / meat. His best bream weighed 4lb 3oz. Runner up was Kevin Tree with 14lb 6oz with 6 bream / large skimmers and silvers on waggler caught fish using chopped worm bait. In third place was guest Sam Beckinsale with 10lb 15oz comprising 3 tench, 2 bream and a roach using pole with meat bait. Todays largest fish caught was Rob Harmon’s 4lb 5oz bream from peg 11.
