Match Overview

Eight brave souls turned out for the annual senior Christmas match on a cold clear day, and possibly our oldest club member triumphed at the spritely age of ninety, Ted Odell managed the largest Carp of the day an 11-6-0 fish caught on popped-up bread on the method feeder also the smallest Carp of the day at 4-0-0 on maggot for his winning weight of 15-6-0. Runner up Graham Shinkfield had just one bite on meat down the margin on the pole for 8-6-0, third place Kevin Tree also had just the one bite just as he was about to call it a day a 7-15-0  on method feeder and a wafter.
