Dave Harper came second from peg 28 also fishing the pole with meat and corn landing a level 84-0-0 just missing out on setting a new personal best by 4-0-0. Third was Norman Cragg on peg 16 who fished with method feeder and wafters weighing 59-13-0 only landing one fish on the pole.
