Match Overview

The latest interclub match with Isfield was at Wilderness Lake, Isfield showed that local knowledge helps, coming out on top by just under 56-0-0 with a few of the Hassocks anglers unable to cast the distance required to reach the pads and therefore not capitalizing on where the Carp were. Winning the match was Adam Parry fishing for Isfield with 73-8-0 he caught on the method feeder and various wafters and pellets throughout the day only landing one Carp on the pellet waggler. Second also representing Isfield was Steve Oliver he fished the method feeder all match also rotating different wafters for 56-8-0. Third went to John Stepton who has performed consistently since joining Hassocks this season and will be one to watch, he caught  52-0-0 landing four Carp on the pellet waggler and the rest on the method feeder.
