 A good turnout saw 25 anglers from the two clubs at More House Farm which turned out to be a close fought match with Seaford coming out on top at the end of the day by less than 20-0-0. Hassocks anglers filled the top two places with Dave Morris winning from peg 5 weighing in 85-8-0 fishing meat over micros early on and then fishing over mid match and then catching well in the margins on paste for the last two hours. Runner Ian Thompson just held onto second by less than a pound also fishing micros and meat for 80-7-0 from peg 10, third fishing for Seaford was Dave Hughes on peg 17 with 79-13-0 fishing down the track and then over with maggots before also catching in the margins late on.
