Match Overview

The second leg of the Rose Bowl was won by Ted Odell who landed a personal best Carp of 12-1-0 on a red wafter on the method feeder fished just off of his rod tip in his 19-8-0 weight, he also managed three decent Bream from peg 18. Second was Rowland Smith who was on end peg 22 who had three decent Bream on the method feeder with wafters and a last gasp Carp of 8-9-0, Colin Ryall made third with a nice net of silvers from peg 16 all on the pole and maggot and casters for his 7-11-0, unfortunately he lost a Carp in the dying seconds of the match. The next leg of the series is on Balcombe reservoir in a fortnight’s time
