Match Overview
A great turnout for the fourth match of the series with overcast conditions and a cold, gusty breeze. Many anglers were alternating between short pole and long pole while others were using method feeders, all producing fish. Bream did not show particularly, but several anglers caught decent-sized roach.
Today’s winner with a carp net of well over 50lbs to total 68lbs 11oz was Colin Ryall on peg 16. There was fierce competition for second and third place on the north bank; this went to Norman Cragg in second with 43lbs 12oz and Kevin Tree in third with 42lbs 8oz.
