Match Overview

A bright sunny day with light breezes greeted 13 anglers at Decoy. Carp have started to show along with half a dozen crucians and some decent roach & perch. The top three places were very close.

Winner is new match angler Stewart Morton with 2 carp caught with wafters on the feeder and 2 crucians caught on corn on a waggler, together with over 2 lb of silvers to total 14lb 3oz. Close on his heels was Adrian Bell with 13lb 13oz with 2 carp caught on feeder and waggler. He also caught a crucian and silvers . In third place was Kevin Tree with a 10lb 7oz pole caught carp using maggots and silvers to total 13 lb 9 oz.
