Match Overview

Only two turned out on a very wet and windy day at Wildings. On reaching the lake they found the water level was up the bank and therefore decided to fish the far bank in the little lake. Steve Pead had bites all day fishing the method feeder and the waggler with wafters and maggots landing 3-8-0 of small Rudd and Roach from peg seven which was enough to push Lew Nightingale into second. He fished the method feeder all day with various colours of wafter hoping to land a Carp but unfortunately, he also could only pick up small Rudd and Roach despite using a size twelve hook.
