Thirteen turned out for the latest interclub match with Seaford on a surprisingly sunny day at Stanbridge View. The deeper water was the place to be drawn, and Keith Huggins fishing for Hassocks made the most of it catching a couple of Carp on the method feeder early on before switching to the pole. He fished 6mm pellets and maggots to pick up several decent Carp including a lump weighing 17-9-0 in his winning 95-6-0. Second went to Dave Hughes representing Seaford from the next peg fishing long pole and maggots, he was just over 39-0-0 behind on 65-13-0. Les Hickman fishing for Hassocks was third on 44-13-0 also fishing the pole starting with three Carp on his first three put ins on expander pellet before switching to maggots. Hassocks came out on top by nearly 66-0-0 comparing the top five from each club.
