Twenty-seven turned out for the latest interclub match with Seaford at More House Farm which made the pegging a lot tighter than usual. Seaford filled the top three places with Dave Hughes showing the way on peg 18 fishing the pole long and down the margins rotating between maggot’s, pellets and paste landing a level 108-0-0. Runner up on peg 43 was Wayne Wilkinson who caught long on the pole on worms for the middle two hours before having to go down both margins later on when the Carp turned up to finish with 90-4-0. Third was Mark Richardson who was drawn next to the winner on peg 16 -he also fished the pole alternating between various baits to land 85-5-0.
