Making the most of the bite that he had with forty-five minutes left was John Larouche on peg 11 landing a 4-9-0 Bream on the cage feeder fished across to the island. Runner up Rowand Smith was not far behind with a 4-4-0 Tench and two small Roach for his 4-5-0 on the pole from fancied peg 3, third with a Tench of 2-9-0 was Dave Larby on peg 2 also on the pole which was his only fish.
