The back-to-back heavy frosts affected the fishing this weekend but 13 anglers braved the cold, three of the favoured pegs featured in the top four, with Keith Huggins managing to draw peg 43 yet again and he made the most of it landing 42-0-0 of Carp and a solitary skimmer for his 42-3-0 all on the pole and a variety of baits. Runner up was venue regular Colin Ryall on peg 45 with 33-1-0 of Carp and some silvers on the pole and mainly maggots. Third was Jerry Morgan with just under 31-0-0 which consisted of seven decent Carp also all on pole from peg 36.
