Match Overview
A lower-than-expected turnout for this years Robin Wallis memorial saw some good Carp landed with Keith Huggins managing to land three with two coming in the last half hour, the first being the largest weighing 15-3-0 with the others just under 9-0-0 each all caught on method feeder and wafters for his winning 32-9-0. Runner up was Rowland Smith who also had a good Carp weighing 13-11-0 that he was playing on the final whistle, which added to his mixed net of fish which included a Tench, a hybrid, a Bream and some silvers for 21-3-0 also on method feeder and wafters. Third went to Paul Gibson with a lovely mixed net of skimmers and silvers on whip and pole with maggots and expander pellets. Mick Wells also landed a Carp on the final whistle of 8-6-0.
