Match Overview

There was a good turnout on the third leg of the Decoy Cup with 12 anglers braving the weather on a very wet day. There were some good weights on the day with Cliff Prophet leading the way with his nine Carp from peg no. 9 for his 54-13-0 net all caught on the method feeder and popped up bread. Runner up was Keith Huggins on peg 1 who landed 8 Carp on method feeder and pole using various baits for his 41-2-0, third was Hugh Neatherway on the field bank on peg 30 who also had 8 Carp and a nice Crucian for his 40-1-0 all on method feeder and various coloured pellets. The biggest Carp caught on the day was 21-1-0, landed by fourth placed Colin Ryall from peg 36.
