Match Overview
With steady light rain overnight and for most of the match, 10 anglers fished the last round of the summer series.
Match winner Keith Huggins won with an excellent 13lb 14oz including four bream and a tench together with roach etc. Runner up Nigel Jackson had one bream and four smaller tench for 7lb 7oz beating Norman Cragg into third place with 7lb 4oz with a bream and a tench and roach.
The summer cup was very close and came down to the last match and is based on the nine best points scores out of the 12 match series. Keith won with 70 points, Kevin Tree came second with 64 points and Steve Pead was third with 53 points. Congratulations to Keith Huggins as this year’s winner.
