The club holds regular Open Days where anyone who would like to try fishing for the first time – or who used to fish and would like to return – can come along and spend the day fishing with us. You don’t need to bring along any bait or equipment, we’ll provide it all and because it’s a coaching session, you don’t need a license from the Environment Agency.

These days are great fun and attract a mix of ages and abilities, and angling tutors will be on hand to show you how things are done and how to handle the fish you catch.

Registration is at 9.30am. The morning session runs from 10.00am – 12.00pm; the afternoon session runs from 1.00pm – 3.00pm.
