Match Overview

Four brave souls turned out on a very uncomfortable day with a strong wind in their faces all day followed by persistent rain. Rowland Smith came out on top from peg 16 fishing cage feeder with chopped worm and worm on the hook for two skimmers totalling 4-7-0. Second was Lew Nightingale from end peg 20 also using the cage feeder with ground bait fishing worm tipped with dead maggot for one skimmer and an unseasonal Tench finishing just under a pound short with 3-13-0. Completing the top three was Darren Chilcott on peg 18 with one skimmer on the cage feeder and maggot for 1-10-0.
